RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods.

2. Returns Conditions

Items must:

Be unused

Be in their original packaging

Be unopened and in original factory-sealed condition

Be in resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds for items that are opened, not in their original condition, damaged, or incomplete.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier if proof of return is provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required under applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs (e.g. express shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.

5. Faulty Goods or Incorrect Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
